Drupal Consulting and Contracting
I have a wealth of experience in many different business sectors, each with different requirements and different end user experiences. I can bring all the experiences gained within these projects to a business. As part of the contracting profession, I also apply these basic values, as recommended in the book ' The Pragmatic Programmer'.
Drupal Training
You will find that the level of training required will vary depending on the requirements of your website. I have built a wide range of websites at differing levels of complexity, and will train you within your level of expertise, from a basic level of php, to an advanced knowledge of php and other web technologies.
Qualified Teacher
As a qualified teacher, I can pace training at a level appropriate to the learner, and explain things in a context that they will relate to and understand. Having patience, and the ability to plan a training schedule come naturally, to ensure that you fully understand drupal to the level you require.
Outsourcing
During my contracting profession, I have worked with outsourcing companies in China and India. This involved a 10 day visit to China, where I assessed the development team, and management structure. Based on my findings I held a series of workshops with the developers, which covered areas such as using bug trackers effectively, testing with drupal, communicating back to the client, and programming techniques.
I have also successfully handed projects over to outsourcing companies, with the intention that they can support projects.
If outsourcing is a possibility within your project, I can use this experience to make outsourcing successful. Clients I have worked with in an outsourcing environment include thetrainline.com, Intel, and The Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Recruitment
I often work with agencies, and in house recruitment personnel to help vet potential drupal developers. I am well connected within the London drupal community, and can recommend other drupal developers for a project if they are required.

Being London based I can travel to see most companies on site.
