I've been in the field of website development since 1999, and have been a Drupal developer since 2006. I've helped deliver some very large scale Drupal projects across many market sectors, and my training resources draw upon these experiences.

I live in a small village near Alnmouth, a very picturesque coastal town in Northumberland, with my wife and 2 children.
I work for Invotra
There is a well known proverb "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together", I like to think this encapsulates a lot of what Invotra stands for, a team who work together and trust each other.
We build collaborative intranets to help people find each other, content, locations, and things much faster. We do this by joining together a number of separate systems and indexing them with Solr.
Invotra is largely made up of a young, very talented and enthusiastic workforce, most of which who started out as apprentices. This was something recognised when they won Small Employer of the Year - South East Region at National Apprenticeship awards.
Having worked with many organisations, those that bring in apprenticeships with a strong training programme deliver an excellent workforce.
